This heavy duty unit designed for commercial food service applications features heavy-duty casters, stainless steel exterior and interior cabinet construction, and spring loaded hinges for automatic closing. The innovative CAREL electronic control system allows you to adjust temperature set points, defrost frequency, and contains an intelligent built-in self monitoring system that diagnoses service status. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
