We have gone to great lengths to provide our customers with refrigeration equipment that utilizes the highest quality components for years of trouble-free operation and reliability at a highly competitive price.

Our History

In 1946, Larry H. Foster founded the “Foster Refrigeration Corp.” in Hudson, New York. Mr. Foster built a 63,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Hudson that operated from the late 1940’s until the plant closed in 1994. During this time the Foster brand expanded distribution into Canada and produced equipment for the North American market.

In a relatively short period of time, Foster expanded into several European markets and opened production facilities in the United Kingdom. Foster Refrigeration is credited with being the first mass market commercial refrigeration producer in both North America and the United Kingdom. The Foster brand has stood the test of time.
