With its highly durable stainless steel exterior and adjustable interior heavy duty shelves, this mobile unit sits on heavy duty casters for easy movement about your busy kitchen. Equipped with the world leading CAREL electronic control system, temperature set points and defrost frequency are fully adjustable. Heavy duty pull handles on the doors with spring loaded hinges allow for automatic closing, in addition to a hold-open feature that makes for easy loading and unloading of stock. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
