Stainless steel insulated lids keep pan temperatures colder for fresh food and minimize condensation. Equipped with a CAREL electronic control system, temperature set points are fully adjustable and the self monitoring system diagnoses service status. Heavy duty adjustable shelves allow you to configure storage space as needed and heavy duty casters allow for easy movement of the unit in your kitchen. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
