The Foster 31" Single Glass Door Reach-In Freezer supplies superior temperature control and easy maintenance to preserve and display frozen food and ice cream products. Maintaining temperatures of -10°F to 0°C (-23°C to -18°C), the triple pane thermal insulated glass door keeps the cold in. Shelves are heavy duty PVC coated and can be configured to suit your restaurant, market, deli, C-store and kitchen needs. Featuring the CAREL electronic control system, temperature set points and defrost frequency are fully adjustable, while the unit's smart self monitoring system diagnoses service issues. Inside cabinet LED lighting beautifully showcases freezer contents, while heavy duty casters and an easily accessible condenser coil make for easy maintenance and cleaning. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
