Maintaining temperatures of -8°F to 0°F (-22°C to -18°C), this unit features the CAREL electronic control system with fully adjustable temperature set points, defrost frequency and an intelligent self monitoring system that indicates when service is required. The stainless steel exterior and interior cabinet construction, heavy duty casters, and adjustable PVC coated shelves, allow for easy access, cleaning and moving of the unit and superior food preservation. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
